Shipping & Delivery
Short version: we make your order after you place it, so allow 2 to 4 weeks. Here is the detail.
How long it takes
Every Lyta order is made after you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse with our name already on it, which is the honest reason this takes longer than a big retailer.
- We make it: 5 to 9 business days
- We ship it: 5 to 14 business days across Europe
- Realistically: most orders land within 2 to 4 weeks
If you need something for a specific date, write to us at info@lyta.store before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
What it costs
Shipping is €14.99, or €9.99 to the United States, and free on orders over €150.
We price in euro. If you are shopping from outside the eurozone the whole store switches to your own currency, so you will see dollars, pounds or yen rather than a conversion you have to do yourself. The exact amount is confirmed at checkout before you pay anything.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us. If a week goes by after that email and the tracking has not moved, write to us and we will chase it.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay here.
If it does not arrive
Wrong address, missed delivery, parcel returned to sender: email info@lyta.store and we will sort it. Re-sending to a corrected address may be charged.
