Where do you ship?
We ship to the Czech Republic, EU countries, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and many more countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Czech Republic: 1-3 business days. EU: 3-7 business days. Rest of World: 7-14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping on orders over €50 (CZ & EU) or €80 (Rest of World).
How much does shipping cost?

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact us at info@lyta.store for urgent requests.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging.
How do I return a product?
Email info@lyta.store with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
