If you order from us today, your package usually arrives in 8 to 14 business days. Not two days. We would rather explain that now than have you refresh a tracking page for two weeks wondering what went wrong.
Nothing is sitting in a warehouse with our name on it
Large retailers ship in two days because the thing you bought was already made, already boxed, already branded, sitting on a shelf in a distribution center waiting for someone to want it. That model needs huge quantities produced up front, and it is why big beauty ranges change so slowly.
Ours is made to order. Production usually takes 5 to 9 business days. Then our production partner, Blanka, ships it from its fulfillment facility in Farmers Branch, Texas, and standard US shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Ordering from outside the US? Shipping options and rates for your country are shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery takes longer than within the US.
What that buys you
A range that can add a shade without writing off a pallet of the old one. And no pressure to clear aging inventory with permanent discounts.
It also means we are not guessing what you want six months in advance and then discounting our way out of being wrong.
The honest downsides
It is slower. It is worse for gifts you remembered late. And our delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, so if you need something by a particular day, order early.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation, right away
- Production, usually 5 to 9 business days
- An email when your order ships
- Delivery, usually 3 to 5 business days to US addresses
If a week passes after that email and the tracking has not moved, write to us at info@lyta.store. Chasing it is our job, not yours.
And if it arrives and it is not right, our 30-day money-back guarantee covers it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and you keep the product. Original shipping isn't refunded, and the guarantee covers one refund per product per customer. The details are in our Refund policy.
