How long it takes

Products are prepared with LYTA branding after an order is placed.

Production: usually 5 to 9 business days.
Standard shipping to the United States: usually 3 to 5 business days after production.
Other destinations: delivery times vary. Remote areas can take longer.

What it costs

The store base rates are €9.99 for standard shipping to the United States and €14.99 for other supported destinations. Free shipping is available on orders of €150 or more after applicable discounts. Rates are converted to the selected checkout currency; your available shipping options and final charge are shown before payment.

We price in euro. If you are shopping from outside the eurozone the whole store switches to your own currency, so you will see dollars, pounds or yen rather than a conversion you have to do yourself. The exact amount is confirmed at checkout before you pay anything.

Returns

Fourteen days from delivery, no reason needed. Unused, in original packaging, and cosmetics only if unopened. Return postage is yours unless the product arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Start a return by emailing info@lyta.store with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Damaged on arrival

Photos to info@lyta.store within 48 hours and we replace or refund in full, shipping included.
