Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
Every LYTA product is made to order. After you order, our production partner, Blanka, prepares it and ships it from its fulfillment facility in Farmers Branch (Dallas area), Texas, USA.
Delivery time to US addresses
- Production: usually 5 to 9 business days
- Standard US shipping: usually 3 to 5 business days after production
- Total: usually 8 to 14 business days from order to delivery
Delivery to some remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Shipping cost
- US addresses: standard shipping is €9.99, charged in US dollars at the current exchange rate (about $11.60).
- Other countries: standard shipping is €14.99, shown in your currency at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on orders of €150 or more after discounts (about $174 on our US store).
On our US store, prices are in US dollars, and shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to US addresses ship within the US, so there are no import duties.
Tracking
We email you when your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email info@lyta.store and we'll look into it.
Address problems
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@lyta.store right away and we'll try to correct it before your order ships. If a package can't be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, email us and we'll help you get it sent again. A new shipment may be charged.
Lost, damaged, defective or wrong items
We replace them or refund them. See our Refund policy.
Outside the United States
Orders to other countries also ship from Texas, USA, after the same 5 to 9 business days of production. Delivery after that takes longer than to US addresses and depends on your country and the carrier. Shipping options and rates for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. Your country may charge import duties and taxes on arrival. They are not included in our prices.
