2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping

  • We ship across the European Union.
  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days (€4.90, free over €50).
  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days (€9.90).
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return unused, unopened products in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@lyta.store with your order number.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

6. Consumer Rights (EU)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by Lyta and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lyta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
